HazTek Safety Management in South Jersey is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. The role manages training and consulting accounts from inquiry through completion and follow-up, qualifying opportunities and building proposals with support from management.

The position emphasizes outreach, upselling, and revenue growth within a defined book of business, with solid CRM and service-record requirements and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in inside sales, account management, or sales support with quoting experience.
• Experience qualifying opportunities and following up on quotes through to decision.
• Experience managing purchase orders, account records, or service tickets in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own training and consulting accounts from inquiry to project completion and follow-up.
• Qualify inquiries by scope, budget, timing, and decision authority.
• Scope projects, collect requirements, and price work accurately.
• Build quotes and proposals with the Training and Consulting Manager.
• Present pricing, handle objections, and secure agreements or PO.
• Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline and revenue.
