Fessenden Hall Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own and grow a defined book of accounts in person at our Pennsauken, NJ location. You’ll build relationships, convert quotes into orders, and collaborate with field sales to deliver growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; 2+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience preferred.
• Experience in countertop, cabinetry, woodworking, or building materials is a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow an assigned account list with daily outbound calls and reactivation of dormant accounts.
• Manage quote-to-order conversion for standard and special-order items and follow up on quotes within 1–2 business days.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Representatives for pricing, stock checks, and expedites to keep customers in sync with the field.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins to facilitate product purchases and superb service.
• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and a solutions-focused approach.
• Identify customer needs, address questions and concerns, and manage orders and lead times accurately.
