Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage training and consulting accounts in the South Jersey area. You will own the client relationship from initial inquiry through project delivery and follow‑up, including scope, pricing, and proposals.

You will maintain regular outreach, qualify opportunities, and look for upsell opportunities while ensuring accurate PO tracking and service records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• CRM experience and ability to manage quotes and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own HazTek training and consulting accounts from inquiry to completion and follow-up.
• Qualify inquiries and scope training/consulting projects; build quotes with the Training and Consulting Manager.
• Maintain outreach to customers and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities; manage POs and records in CRM.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
