Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• 1–2 years of call center experience.
• Knowledge of online shopping and e-commerce UX.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong oral and written communication; good listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights/weekends; Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to assigned territory.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed outbound call requirements.
• Create and maintain reporting to support sales in territory.
• Respond promptly to email and task requests.
• Enter orders via phone/fax/email.
• Sell new styles, fill-ins and closeouts with promotions.
• Provide callers with accurate information or refer requests as needed.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of product lines.
• Suggest alternatives and upgrades when appropriate.
• Maintain and exceed set dollar sales goals for territory.
• Coordinate with outside sales to grow territory.
• Send printed information or follow-up within 24 hours.
• Document complaints and coordinate with management.
