Job summary

Rocky-Brands is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Nelsonville, OH to handle inbound calls, chat and email inquiries, and order processing. You will learn product lines, assist with backorders, and help convert inquiries into sales.

The role requires 1–2 years of call center experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with a Tuesday–Saturday work schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years in a call center or customer service role.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using web-based service and/or ecommerce tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and place outbound calls.
• Handle consumer chats and email inquiries.
• Enter orders and track status.
• Provide product information and recommend upgrades when appropriate.
• Process returns and assist with order issues.
