Rocky Brands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in an assigned territory. The role focuses on outbound calls, upselling products, and answering dealer inquiries to increase orders and overall sales performance.
The candidate should have 1–2 years of sales and call center experience, familiarity with e-commerce, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is expected.

The chosen candidate will make outbound sales calls to assigned territory in order to increase sales by obtaining fill-in orders, upselling product and promoting new product; research and sign new business; answer inbound dealer queue telephone calls; and use excel reporting to create reports to help with sales conversations.
