Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• 1–2 years of call center experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of online shopping / ecommerce.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned territory.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed outbound call requirements and sales goals.
• Create and maintain reporting to support sales conversations.
• Sell products, upsell, and present promotional offers.
