Job summary

Rocky Brands is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of premium footwear and apparel. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to perform outbound calls, upsell products, and sign new business within an assigned territory.

You will handle inbound dealer inquiries, maintain reports, and collaborate with the outside sales team to grow the territory. The role requires 1–2 years of sales or call center experience, a two-year degree or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years sales experience desired.
• 1–2 years call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ecommerce tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to the assigned territory.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Meet or exceed outbound call requirements.
• Create and maintain sales reports for the territory.
• Enter orders via phone, fax or email.
• Promote new products and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest upgrades as needed.
