Its Just Lunch is seeking an energetic Inside Sales professional in Chicago for a high-earning, training-driven role with uncapped commissions. You will handle outbound calls, enroll members, and work with a team that values personality, accountability, and client focus.

The position offers a base plus commission, flexible remote options, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience and a drive to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Prefer phone experience.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (remote + in-office).

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Conduct dynamic sales calls with prospective and past clients (outbound 80-100 calls per day).
• Evaluate, interview, and enroll/renew client memberships through our consultative sales process.
• Manage clients dating experience through matching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients.
