Job summary

It's Just Lunch | IJL Select is seeking an experienced, high‑performance sales professional to drive new client signups and enroll qualified prospects. This full‑time role is phone‑driven, KPI‑focused, and rewards achievement with uncapped commission.

You will manage a steady pipeline, conduct high‑volume outbound calls, and collaborate with Client Advisors to deliver concierge‑level service. Weekend availability is required; training and career growth are supported in a fast‑paced, rewarding

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including phone, inside, or door‑to‑door sales.
• Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of your regular five‑day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound sales conversations with prospective and previous clients.
• Evaluate and interview prospective clients through a consultative sales process.
• Enroll qualified new clients.
• Maintain consistent prospecting, follow‑up, and pipeline activity.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and activity expectations.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge‑level service to clients.
