Job summary

Boston Real Estate Team is seeking an inside sales representative to advance qualified leads through a fast-paced real estate sales funnel. You will prospect, follow up via email and phone, and manage CRM data to expand the client base.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Travel will be required, and a valid U.S. driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, CRM proficiency, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Track performance goals and key sales metrics monthly and quarterly.
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline via email, phone, or other channels.
• Assess and route qualified leads to inbound sales for quick turnaround.
• Maintain the client database for access to current lead information.
• Seek new business opportunities within assigned geographies to expand clientele.
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car.
• Utilize the sales process and CRM software effectively.
• Communicate clearly, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
