Job summary

RAM Motors, an ISS company, is seeking a reliable Inside Sales Representative for our Camp Hill, PA location. The role involves proof-reading information, filing records, providing customer service, coordinating with customers, trucking partners and ISS repair facilities, and assisting with pricing from vendors and sales efforts.

You will prepare quotes, maintain documentation and schedules, track shipments, respond to inquiries, and help assemble bids and RFPs with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Administrative, customer service or sales experience.
• 2+ years in a sales or contract administration role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers and repair facilities with contract information.
• Maintain documentation and records including statistics.
• Maintain spreadsheets and electronic files for various projects and distribute to applicable parties.
• Provide shipping documents for shipments.
• Work with trucking coordinators and customers to schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Telephone communication with current and potential customers.
• Bi-weekly review of online bid postings and retrieve relevant bidding information.
• Submit quotations to customers for individual jobs.
• After approval, supply information to ISS repair facilities.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery dates and requirements for production scheduling.
• Provide unit scheduling to facility management to meet delivery requirements.
• Go onto shop floor to determine delivery dates.
• Communicate with purchasing to determine part availability.
• Respond to customer requests and warranty issues.
• Help develop quotes for products and services.
• Establish and maintain repair/overhaul metrics for facilities and customers.
• Ensure repair documentation is accurate and recorded in the system.
• Assist in assembling bids, proposals and RFPs with management.
• Assist Inside Sales Team with quotations and vendor pricing.
