Qualifications

• Administrative, customer service or sales experience.
• 2+ years in a sales or contract administration role preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with file management and administrative procedures.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customer and repair facilities with contract information.
• Maintain documentation and records, including statistics.
• Prepare shipping documents and schedule shipments with trucking coordinators.
• Provide quotations to customers and relay approved details to facilities.
• Coordinate delivery dates with customers and production scheduling.
• Communicate with customers about delivery dates and requirements.
• Assist in assembling bids, proposals, and RFPs.
• Support Inside Sales Team with quotations from vendors.
