As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage customer conversations, build and maintain relationships, identify needs, and guide customers toward the right solutions.

The role emphasizes inbound inquiries, quoting, follow-up, account support, and collaboration with teammates to ensure clear and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in event industry or hospitality.
• Inside sales/account management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.
