You will manage the proposal and quote process from initial request through delivery and billing, enter data into NAV and CRM, and coordinate with Operations on inventory and delivery. Qualifications

• Event or hospitality experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support the outside sales team to meet monthly goals.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to ensure repeat business.
• Create presentations for client event needs and for Account Executive meetings.
• Identify and research potential sales leads.
• Manage the sales entry process from quote to delivery and billing.
• Enter leads, clients and orders into CRM; ensure data accuracy.
• Help clients design events using furniture options based on theme and budget.
• Proactively follow up with clients to close business and drive revenue.
• Coordinate with Operations on inventory and scheduling.
• Communicate rental policies clearly and set client expectations.
• Attend Sales/Ops weekly meetings and regional events; support information flow.
