Golden Star Technology, Inc. in Cerritos, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the quote-to-order process and drive customer success.

You will work closely with Account Managers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and strong relationships. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of inside sales or related experience, fluent communication skills, and proficiency with ERP/CRM and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inside sales or related roles.
• Experience quoting, RFQs, proposals, and processing purchase orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM and Excel.
• B2B IT solutions or distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, pricing requests, and RFQs.
• Process purchase orders and support timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up on quotes, open orders, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal teams to meet requirements.
• Track order status, delivery schedules, backlog reports, and open orders.
• Support Account Managers and Field Sales Representatives with sales activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Assist with product sourcing, procurement activities, and vendor communications.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP, CRM, and sales management systems.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
