You will liaise with customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to process orders, track status, and resolve inquiries. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales support, order management, or related field.
• Experience with suppliers, distributors, procurement, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Experience preparing price quotes and handling large data sets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors accurately.
• Review orders for pricing, terms, and delivery requirements.
• Manage backlog reports and open orders in GST systems and portals.
• Monitor quote logs and open order activities.
• Process RMAs and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide proactive order status updates to customers.
• Assist sales with RFQs, including response prep and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve order issues.
• Support order management processes to drive efficiency.
