Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, CA, is seeking an Order Management Representative to be the primary contact for a key customer account and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

You will coordinate orders with suppliers and distributors, manage quotes, RMAs, and provide proactive order status updates. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in excellent customer service, sales support, order management, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with suppliers, distributors, procurement processes, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Experience preparing price quotes and managing large volumes of data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for compliance with pricing, terms, conditions, and delivery requirements.
• Manage backlog reports and open orders within GST systems and customer portals.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on quote logs and open order activities.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide proactive order status updates.
• Identify customer needs and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day customer service requests and operational inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with customer RFQs, including response preparation and documentation.
• Support order management processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve order-related issues.
• Perform additional customer service, administrative, or operational duties as assigned.
