Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. in Cerritos, CA seeks a Customer Account Representative to serve as the primary contact for a key strategic customer account, coordinating orders, communicating proactively, and supporting sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves processing orders, reviewing pricing and delivery terms, managing backlogs, RMAs, RFQs, and daily inquiries, and supporting order management to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, sales support, or order management.
• Experience with suppliers, distributors, or procurement processes is a plus.
• Experience preparing price quotes and handling large data sets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors accurately.
• Review orders for pricing, terms, and delivery requirements.
• Manage backlogs and open orders in GST systems and portals.
• Monitor quote logs and open order activities; provide proactive updates.
• Process RMAs and ensure timely resolution.
• Support RFQs and respond with documentation.
