Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, CA is seeking an Order Management Representative to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. You will liaise with customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to manage orders, tracking, and inquiries.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales support or order management and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or related field.
• Experience working with suppliers, distributors, procurement processes, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Experience preparing price quotes and managing large volumes of data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for compliance with pricing, terms, conditions, and delivery requirements.
• Manage backlog reports and open orders within GST systems and customer portals.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on quote logs and open order activities.
• Process RMAs and ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide proactive order status updates.
• Identify customer needs and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support order management processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
