Golden Star Technology, Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, CA, is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building strong customer relationships, managing quotes, and guiding orders from quote to fulfillment.

You will support account management for new and existing clients, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and help drive growth through accurate pricing, timely delivery, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of inside sales experience, preferably in technology or related fields.
• Experience selling technology solutions and complex B2B products.
• Proven negotiation and upselling skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Customer-centric mindset and proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes, including pricing validation, delivery timelines, and terms.
• Process customer purchase orders with accuracy and speed.
• Manage order status through backlog reports, open orders, customer portals, and internal systems.
• Monitor and follow up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.
• Act as primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and suppliers.
• Support business development efforts and assist with RFQs.
• Provide consistent, high-quality account management to both new and existing clients.
