SMP Supply is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to handle a high volume of customer inquiries by phone and email, preparing quotes, processing orders, and guiding customers from inquiry to order completion.

You will identify product solutions, grow existing accounts, and work with outside sales to meet sales goals, while managing pricing and margins for profitable growth. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualificações

• 4–5 years of inside sales or sales administration experience; pipe, valve, fitting, and flange industry experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, orders, and customer requests while maintaining attention to detail.
• Understanding of profit margins, pricing, and cost analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through customer and order issues.
• A dependable, customer-focused approach and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails while providing responsive, accurate service.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products that meet their needs.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional sales opportunities and earning repeat business.
• Work closely with outside sales to support customers and achieve sales goals.
• Manage pricing and margins to support profitable growth.
• Stay informed about products, market conditions, and competitive pricing, and share customer feedback with management.
• Work overtime and occasional weekends as business needs require.
