Job summary

MRC Global US Inc is seeking a Sales & Service Representative to handle B2B PVF quotes, process orders, and resolve customer issues. You will source products, build profitable quotes, and drive sales growth while adhering to pricing and delivery requirements.

You will work with internal systems to manage quotes, orders, and POs, and maintain proactive communication with customers and suppliers to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of orders.

• Proficiency with computer applications and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quotes by sourcing from inventory or external suppliers.
• Build quotes balancing customer value with MRC Global profitability.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive growth.
• Use MRC Global systems to create quotes, locate products, and process orders.
• Maintain pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules per AML and customer guides.
• Communicate status and adjust sourcing as needed to meet deadlines.
