Job summary

Eastern Industrial Supplies, a family-owned and operated company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC to strengthen customer and vendor relationships in the PVF market. This role combines counter sales support with order processing to ensure timely deliveries and accurate quotes.

You will educate yourself on product lines, stay current with active marketing programs, and contribute to a fast-paced wholesale distribution team.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in writing orders or providing quotes for customers.
• Solar Eclipse ERP system experience would be a plus.
• Experience in Industrial Distribution - PVF (Pipe, Valves, Fittings) and commercial plumbing products.
• Have a great attitude!

Responsibilities

• Maintain stellar customer and vendor relationships to support business growth.
• Assist walk-in and telephone customers in selecting and acquiring products.
• Use technical knowledge to educate customers and satisfy needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to streamline order processing.
• Track order statuses, process returns and issue credits per policy.
