MRC Global is seeking a Sales & Service Representative to handle B2B order processing for PVF products. You will quote, process orders, and resolve issues to maximize customer value and support safety and margin goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role or inside sales
• Post-secondary education in technical/trade, assoc or bachelor’s (industrial/sales)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record

Responsabilités

• Respond to requests for quotes by sourcing products from inventory or externally
• Build quotes that create value for customer and profitability for MRC Global
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow sales
• Use company systems to create quotes, locate products, process orders, and create POs
• Verify on-time shipping/delivery status of shipments
• Communicate status with customer and adjust sourcing as needed
• Adhere to customer contracts and AML & compliance requirements
• Collaborate with managers and other departments to optimize customer experience
• Handle orders including RMA, PO changes, and special invoicing needs
