Rentokil North America Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell pest management services and products to residential prospects and existing clients. You will work to meet or exceed baseline sales targets, while maintaining a customer-focused service mindset and executing the company-designed sales process.

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years successful experience at a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
• 1+ years Call center experience.
• Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound daily sales calls professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a 60%+ closing rate and convert inquiries to Year Round Protection Plan.
• Meet or exceed monthly base line sales targets.
• Follow the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach.
• Follow up on orders within 24 hours and re-solicit where appropriate.
• Conduct outbound and SMS campaigns as needed and support other campaigns during non-peak months.
