Job summary

Rentokil North America Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. You will professionally upsell pest control services and products to residential prospects, maintain a strong closing rate, and consistently hit monthly sales targets.

You will handle inbound calls, follow up on orders promptly, and contribute to campaigns across year-round protection plans. A fast-paced environment rewards goal-oriented sellers with competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years successful experience at a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
• 1+ years call center experience.
• Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sell and upsell Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and current clients.
• Meet or exceed baseline sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a customer-focused service.
• Manage inbound daily sales calls and maintain a high closing rate.
• Follow up on orders and proposals within 24 hours.
• Execute outbound campaigns and adapt to seasonal needs as required.
• Maintain call volume standards and quality metrics (12-15 calls/hour; quality score >75%).
