Job summary

Rentokil North America Pest Control is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to sell and upsell pest management services to residential prospects and existing clients, following the company’s sales process.

The role aims to meet or exceed baseline sales targets and KPIs while delivering customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, benefits start day one, with a strong emphasis on ethical selling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of successful sales experience in a growing organization.
• 1+ years of call center experience.
• Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage inbound daily sales calls.
• Maintain a 60%+ closing rate and convert calls to Year Round Protection Plan.
• Meet or exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target.
• Follow Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach.
• Follow up on orders and proposals within 24 hours.
• Re-solicitation to convert single purchases to Year Round Protection Plan.
• Execute residential campaigns for new and existing customers.
• Support outbound and SMS campaigns as needed.
• Call volume standards: 12-15 calls per hour.
• Meet or exceed a monthly call quality score above 75%.
• Multi-tasking skills are essential.
