Qualifications

1+ years experience in a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
1+ years call center experience.
Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Minimum High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Sell and upsell Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and current clientele.
Meet or exceed Baseline Sales Targets and KPIs with a customer-focused service.
Effectively manage inbound daily sales calls and follow up on all orders within 24 hours.
Maintain a 60%+ closing rate and convert calls into Year Round Protection Plan.
Execute the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach and proactive campaigns.
Resolicitation/calls to convert single-purchase customers to Year Round Protection Plan.
Execute Residential Campaigns for new and existing customers.
Conduct outbound and SMS campaigns as needed.
