REMET PIC, Inc. in Utica, NY is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in the artisan, jewelry, and precision investment casting markets.

You will support sales growth, build lasting relationships, and provide technical product guidance to customers. The ideal candidate has at least two years in inside sales or related roles, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in inside sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Associate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate new business opportunities via phone, email, and outbound sales.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and respond to inquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and application guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Product Managers, Customer Service, and Technical Teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and activity in the ERP system.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, trade shows, and communications.
• Monitor market trends and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Support special projects and other sales activities as assigned.
