Job summary

Rexel USA seeks an Experienced Inside Sales Representative in Bayshore, FL. The role focuses on proactive inside sales via phone and email, maintaining customer relationships, handling quotes and orders, and driving organic growth within the existing base.

You will quote product prices, terms, and delivery, support outside sales, and use digital tools to promote products, respond to technical questions, and pursue new accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience
• High School or GED - Required
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs and terms; offer substitutes as appropriate
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions
• Utilize company digital tools to sell, promote and demonstrate products; increase business
• Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographic territory
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and resolve issues
• Process quotations and proposals; provide follow-up through purchase cycle
• Gather and report market and product information to management
• Participate in product meetings and training to maintain knowledge
• Pursue product applications with internal resources and vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned
