The role offers a stable full-time schedule with Monday–Friday hours, opportunities for bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match. OT potential during peak season and travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally sales or retail.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish-speaking is a strong advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right products.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone or in person.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales.
• Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate transfers to meet customer demands.
• Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
