Job summary

Feralloy Corporation, a leading steel processing company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support sales activity, manage customer accounts, coordinate orders and deliveries, and help drive new business while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Based at our Kentucky location, you will interact with the sales team, estimate teams, and customers to maintain high service levels and timely deliveries. This role offers growth and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or account management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound communications via phone and email.
• Research prospective leads and report buyer trends to management.
• Collaborate with estimating and internal teams on quotes and lead times.
• Enter and maintain sales orders and CRM records.
• Build professional relationships to support customer service needs.
• Communicate quotes, orders, and material applications clearly.
• Prepare sales reports and performance data as required.
• Support growth in partnership with the sales team.
