Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers through responsive, reliable service
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Inside Sales Manager to respond to quotes and fulfill orders accurately
• Interpret customer material applications and relay internal needs using AS400 and Salesforce
• Maintain updated and accurate customer data in the AS400 system
• Support customer satisfaction through clear communication, inventory coordination, and timely delivery
• Understand division capabilities to make informed, quality-driven decisions
• Respond effectively to urgent customer needs and changing priorities
