Job summary

Feralloy Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales activities, manage customer accounts, and coordinate orders. The role emphasizes ensuring timely delivery, quality performance, and strong customer relationships across our national footprint.

The position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and team collaboration, with exposure to CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery and retention.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications by phone and email.
• Research prospective leads and provide reports to management.
• Collaborate with estimating and internal teams to finalize quotes and lead times.
• Enter and maintain sales orders and CRM records.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and support service needs.
• Communicate quotes, orders, and material applications clearly.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance data.
• Support growth by working with the sales team.
