Qualifications

• 2–5 years of steel or industrial sales experience preferred.
• Background in customer service and order processing.
• Familiarity with AS400 and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Inside Sales Manager to respond to quotes and fulfill orders.
• Interpret customer material needs and relay requirements in AS400 and Salesforce.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the AS400 system.
• Support satisfaction through clear communication, inventory coordination, timely delivery.
• Understand division capabilities to make informed, quality-driven decisions.
• Respond promptly to urgent customer needs and changing priorities.
• Make proactive cold calls to generate new business.
• Manage contract accounts and inventory programs with precision.
