Viking Electric in Addison, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support account packages by collaborating with the Key Account Manager and Field Account Manager. You will grow volume and profitability by promoting the company’s electrical products and services.

On a typical day, you prepare quotes, solicit new business, and coordinate with customer service to ensure accurate orders. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new tech.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities to secure orders and close opportunities.
• Solicit new business from assigned accounts and promote Sunrise Electric’s services and products.
• Develop growth strategies with Field/K.Account Managers for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to process orders accurately and efficiently; share customer info as needed.
• Support other sales associates to foster a cooperative team environment.
