Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of B2B sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of Electric products and SunriseElectric services and solutions.
• Good understanding of the market and competitors and basic financial skills.
• Must have effective communication and negotiating skills.
• Strong selling, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market strategies and sales growth plans for assigned accounts.
• Serve as a business partner promoting Sunrise Electric's solutions and services, and proactively growing business.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors to obtain orders, meet schedules, enhance profitability, and position Sunrise Electric as their partner.
• Collaborate with product specialists to ensure timely information and services for the customer.
