Responsibilities

• Prepare and proactively follow up on quotes and sales opportunities to secure orders, negotiate job pricing with vendors to close opportunities, and source products efficiently.
• Proactively solicit new business from assigned accounts, maintain knowledge of Sunrise Electric's services, solutions, and product offerings, especially digital solutions.
• Collaborate with the Field Account Manager and/or Key Account Managers to develop and execute growth strategies for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives to process orders accurately and efficiently, share customer information for consistent service.
• Support other sales associates to foster a teamwork approach to customer service.
• Help with pricing strategy and adjust price rules as needed to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain an electronic file system for all customer information and conversations to recall details when closing orders.
