Job summary

Wesco is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Ocala, FL to interact with existing customers and drive sales of Wesco products and services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders while ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding your book of accounts.

Responsibilities include order entry, proactive upsell, developing opportunities from multiple sources, and quoting to secure orders, with travel up to 25% as needed. We offer commission in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4 years in sales or sales administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Willing to travel 0–25%.

Responsibilities

• Obtains orders through email and telephone, verifies items and enters orders.
• Increases orders by upselling and leveraging customer history.
• Owns and develops opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Identifies improved processes and follows up on quotations to secure orders.
• Reviews open orders and communicates delivery dates to customers.
