This on-site role collaborates with outside sales, project managers, and the distribution team to ensure seamless order fulfillment. You will qualify leads, respond to inquiries, and manage submittals, shipping, and billing while aiming to exceed monthly quotas and margins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related sales experience; electrical/ HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Strong customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and suggest effective solutions.
• Basic math skills and comfort with fractions/decimals.
• Proficient in using order management systems; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Write customer orders and cross-sell to align with needs.
• Answer questions and resolve order questions via phone, email, or text.
• Oversee submittal, shipping, expediting, and billing processes for jobs.
• Identify potential customers and grow relations through site visits and events.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Provide pricing and product feedback to management.
