Illumina is seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative to join our proteomics sales team. You will engage target accounts across the Americas, qualify inbound leads, and set appointments for field sales while maintaining CRM records in Salesforce.

A Bachelor’s degree and B2B inside sales experience in healthcare/pharma are preferred. Illumina offers comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• B2B inside sales experience strongly desired, preferably in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales.
• MS Word and Excel expertise.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Engage target accounts via email, calls and other tactics to promote Illumina proteomics products and services.
• Respond to inquiries and follow‑up on Marketing qualified leads.
• Support regional field sales representatives with lead identification and research.
• Set appointments/meetings related to qualified leads for sales reps.
• Nurture leads where purchase is not immediate.
• Plan and manage daily KPIs and activity.
• Document all outreach in Salesforce.
