Illumina in the United States seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive qualified leads, set appointments, and support the proteomics sales team across the Americas. You will reach out via email and phone and document activity in Salesforce.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and B2B inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency in Word/Excel is expected. Base salary ranges from $52,600 to $78,800, plus a variable pay program and potential equity.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• B2B inside sales experience strongly desired, preferably in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales.
• MS Word and Excel expertise.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage target accounts via email and calls to promote proteomics products.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on Marketing qualified leads.
• Support regional field sales with lead research and smooth handoff.
• Set appointments for qualified leads in designated territories.
• Nurture leads not yet ready to purchase.
• Track daily KPIs and activity in CRM.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Aim to exceed individual goals in collaboration with sales reps.
• Document all outreach in Salesforce.
