Job summary

Illumina is looking for a strong Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative to join our team. The role involves cold calls, email outreach, and qualifying inbound leads for the proteomics sales group across the Americas.

The base salary range is $52,600–$78,800, with bonus/commission potential and benefits. A Bachelor’s degree and B2B inside sales experience in healthcare are preferred, with strong Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• B2B inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage target accounts via email and calls to promote Illumina proteomics products across the Americas.
• Respond to inquiries and qualify inbound leads.
• Set appointments/meetings for sales reps and support lead transitions in CRM.
• Maintain daily KPIs and collaborate with team to meet targets.
• Document outreach information in Salesforce.
