Job summary

Service Corporation International in El Paso seeks a Sales Professional for Inside Sales to assist families with cemetery property, pre-need arrangements, and related products. You will engage with walk-in and warm leads, present digital materials, and guide customers toward suitable options, including life insurance discussions.

The role requires Spanish/English bilingualism, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work evenings/weekends with a commission-based incentive structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• In lieu of college courses, two years of related work experience in sales/marketing may be considered.
• Current state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record; Life Insurance License as required by state laws.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Professional verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime; able to pass internal certification.

Responsibilities

• Connect with families to understand needs, culture, and concerns for cemetery services.
• Present electronic materials explaining services, products, and property options.
• Drive company vehicle to show plots or niches to customers.
• Enter selections into electronic contracts and obtain signatures.
• Follow up with families as arrangements progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain leads in Salesforce and target a 4:1 close rate.
• Collaborate with funeral and cemetery teams to ensure seamless service.
• Attend visitations and events to address questions or concerns for guests.
• Greet and escort family members and nurture warm leads for pre-need sales.
