Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support/license.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Strong computer and technology skills; ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving monthly sales target and generating qualified leads.
• Applying sales skills, presents services to consumers and conducts follow‑ups for referrals.
• Build relationships with families and guide them through final contracts and aftercare.
• Prospect in the community and schedule sales appointments; maintain CRM activity.
• Represent SCI, promote the brand, and ensure service excellence.
