Service Corporation International is seeking a Sales Professional - Inside Sales in Miami, FL to educate families on cemetery options, pre-need planning, and personalized service. You will lead generation, build trust, and close revenue while coordinating with funeral directors and location teams.

The role requires 1-2 years in customer service or sales, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and the ability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of college or equivalent education.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; insurance license if required by state law.
• Must pass the internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends; ability to drive frequently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads; obtain referrals from families served.
• Present and explain services to families and referred clients.
• Build relationships with families and sustain follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare for appointments and conduct all procedures professionally and accurately.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service across locations.
