Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of college or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect at least 1–2 hours daily and obtain referrals.
• Build relationships with families through empathetic, timely service and personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and location staff to provide seamless, high-quality service.
