Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in the building materials/construction industry.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner; resolve questions and concerns.
• Advise customers on solutions and add-on sales when appropriate.
• Assist with take-offs, estimates, quotes, orders, and invoices.
• Process returns and issue credits; ensure invoicing before checkout.
• Open and close the store and manage daily tasks.
