United Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to build relationships with customers and provide solutions based on their needs. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

In addition to processing rental quotations and establishing accounts, you'll also negotiate prices and manage delivery expectations. Join our team and help drive sales and branch growth with a company that values its people.

Qualifications

• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills required.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations.
• Generate leads for new business and communicate with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom.
• Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts.
